I'm just starting to set up a blog on my website- a bit more of a place for me to catch some thoughts- So this is not finished.

After 13 months of working remotely, (and 4 days of living alone) I brought home a dog despite it not being the "right" time (when would that be?).

I worried I would struggle extra with my ADHD and forgetfulness- but actually, having my dog has added structure to my life which helps manage my ADHD. I have a schedule that is followed much more closely on all days because my pup needs me to feed him, take him outside, and entertain him.

I've had Harvey for 3 months and he makes me so happy. Sure, I've spent 20 minutes looking for my keys as I try to take him out to the bathroom and I have had puppy blues and he doesn't substitute taking medication- but he helps me get much needed dopamine.
